Healthy School

We aim at promoting school health as a goal and encouraging teachers and students to continuously take care of their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Through school-wide activities, health messages are promoted by students to families, communities, society, and globally. Therefore, a series of health and social care classes, activities, lectures, and workshops are implemented to build a healthy and positive life.

Promotion of Healthy Lunch – Lunch Policy

There are two comfortable dining halls in the basement where teachers and students can freely enjoy nutritious lunches. Form 1 students have lunch in their classrooms. All Form 2 to Form 3 students can freely enjoy their packed lunches or purchase balanced meals from the tuck shop in the dining halls. As for Form 4 to Form 6 students, they can choose to stay at school or go out for lunch.

During lunchtime, there is a confidence-building and mutual encouragement platform, fostering a caring spirit through various student performances.

Parents are welcome to deliver lunch to their children, but they must apply for a lunch delivery pass in advance and deliver before 12 noon each day.
